Spiritual Yin needed for these times:)

We may not be able to control everything in life, but we can control how it affects us.

I took the day off today; not because I was panicking about what might happen in; Ukraine, Middle East and Taiwan and every country on this tiny planet!!!!! No. I took the day off to remember that all I have is this moment. This moment.......How do I want to react to this moment. So I shared a picture on my Facebook page that said everything.

As the Buddha said, 'Life is Suffering'.....It's about finding peace amongst all that suffering and still finding love, hope, forgiveness, understanding, friendship..........That's why Buddha was one of the carnations of Krishna.

Sometimes we have to believe in Spirituality, religion whatever you want to call it.....because it will get us through the hard times.
